What counts as a minute
Only transcribed speech. Silence, music and the gaps between speakers are skipped, so a 60-minute meeting usually uses about 40.

Unused minutes
Free minutes reset on the 1st of each month and don’t roll over. Pro and Team have no limit to roll over.

Students and teachers
Pro is half price with a university email address. It renews at the student price for as long as the address works.

Billing, tax and refunds
Plans are billed by the App Store or Google Play, which add local tax and handle refunds. Write to us and we’ll help.
