Turn on encrypted sync
Sync is end-to-end encrypted with a key only your devices hold. We cannot read your notes, even if asked.
Go to Settings → Sync and turn it on. Your devices create a key that never leaves them.
If you lose every device, we cannot recover your notes. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe.
